Laid each photo on top of eachother and then erased certain parts of each photo so the right parts matched up and looked like one pic. U need to use a tripod during the exposure for it to work in post processing.

That's a fine image of downtown San Diego. Not sure I care for the horizontal streaks of light though. They kind of end abrubtly and I find it a distraction. I like the effect of the layering though. Nice job.
