I am starting to get the hang of using PS in this pic I actually Pieced 3 exposures together. what do you think?

This is a great shot! How exactly did you do the piecing together, I have looked online line at the tutorials and I don't get it?

Laid each photo on top of eachother and then erased certain parts of each photo so the right parts matched up and looked like one pic. U need to use a tripod during the exposure for it to work in post processing.

You did an HDR by hand, haha. Looks nice yeah.

That's a fine image of downtown San Diego. Not sure I care for the horizontal streaks of light though. They kind of end abrubtly and I find it a distraction. I like the effect of the layering though. Nice job.
Were you over on Coronado to take the picture?

You did very well. I don't use PS but the GIMP which is similar; once you get onto using layers and masks well you can do a whole lot :)
