Any ideas for a challenge or contest to start of with?

I'm looking for more honest critique of my work, and believe that a challenge or contest will help me to step my game up. I'm pretty new to this Social Network, and was wondering if any of the gurus had any ideas for a challenge or contest to begin with?

I think you should also find a genre that you love shooting and pursue it! For me it was landscape / travel and studio work
