Fiyin, I think the thing about this site is that you have to be a regular - regularly posting and regularly commenting. The structure is not like Instagram or Facebook, you can't just post the occasional image and expect hundreds of replies or comments. But, the upside is, if you do get involved, it will improve your photographic technical skills a lot!
I think the others are right. I noticed you are only following 9 people - have a browse and find some more people to follow and inspire you with their work. They won't all follow back, but at least half probably will, and then you'll have stacks more people seeing your work and commenting. Also, someone gave me the advice of putting CW (critique welcome) on each of my images - you might notice others doing this too. Good luck :)
