Well first of all it's adorable...Hmmm I'm not much of a critique fanatic...But I would always avoid the subject in the direct middle...I see it's SORT OF off center though...
I'm 15 and I have no idea how to critique...XD But if you want some critiques...tag it with "Critique" or "critique me"

@lindib it is easier to see a few more photos at once to see if there is a style. Welcome to the site, and I hope you take the time to comment on others photos which usually will give you a bit of feedback. Also this is a pretty positive site and not one focused on critiques as much,

@lindib hi, as Paula suggests make time to follow others and make comments on their photo's...they look to see who follows and follow the link back to you ...it's reciprocal in many cases :) not always but mostly. Your 3 pictures are lovely.

@ Shelby, no, typically I do not edit photos....mostly because I don't have the time with a toddler running around. Thank you all for the critiques! I'm a total amateur but love taking pictures and really wish to improve.

@lindib I agree the rule of thirds with portraits works wonders. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_thirds and you may want to use a light diffuser (usually just white hard foam poster board) or even a deflector (cheap way is tin foil covered card board - make sure its smooth.) Also, a few suggestions to get people to critique your work.
-Follow people, a lot of people will follow people that follow them.
-Also post in your shots critique is welcome.
-Tag your photos with Critique-Me (this is hit or miss at times, but when you do get help its usually great info.)
-Lastly, get involved with topics/discussions. Like browse & pick or any thing of that sort.
