Frogmato

posted March 18th, 2012
For those who can recall.... recently there has been some hullabaloo about frogs and fruit and some clown, being me, stuck a frog on a tomato and well the rest has been a bit silly on the 365 since.

Well we needed a unique "tag" that we can all click on just so we can see these fruitacious amphibians... and it was briefly discussed that the word, and the word is "frogmato" so please, if you have a shot that resembles the one below, just tag it with "frogmato" and then we can all easily get to it when required.

Let the Frogmato Festival continue...

Frogmato sounds like Clamato. I feel like I should be mixing up Bloody Mary's or summat.
posted March 18th, 2012
@bobfoto LOL... how many threads does that photo need???
posted March 18th, 2012
@beautifulthing - oooh a Bloody Mary sounds alright. :)

@jsw0109 - Eleventeen? Not sure on the answer but I will get back to you when I know...

Will do. I live for the day when I can use that tag.
(Seriously - THIS is why I love the 365 community :)

@jsw0109 @bobfoto many, many threads will now be united by the frogmato tag. United we stand!

@bobfoto You once told me that 'every 365 project needs a frog' and won't believe how many people know that I need to take a photo of a frog 'for something' or 'for 365'... on Friday at school we had a chap come in with some cool snakes, a tarantula etc... no, I need a frog. Then yesterday I opened the front door to find not one but two frogs next to my door mat...!!! They looked straight up at me and I turned to get my camera then realised they were, well, being intimate. I closed the door quietly and left them to it, cursing... So still looking for a shot of a frog.... (Do toads count, I'm not sure I can tell the difference on sight...)?

@corymbia - You have cool Frogs Amanda, perhaps you need to grow some Grosse Lisse?
posted March 18th, 2012
@filsie65 - I think Zoe @zferrie posted some friendly toads...

Shameless self promotion...the rest of us are doing it for you...but no...that's not enough for you...Have you no shame>?
posted March 18th, 2012
frogspawnmato?? It's the closest I can get unless I track down the frog that laid it...
posted March 18th, 2012
@swilde actually I was asking about a tag for the pics on someone else thread the other day.... but frogmato beats my suggestion of "frogs-on-fruit".
posted March 18th, 2012
not everyone has access to a frog. and my cat doesn't seem to want to sit on a tomato. i can't imagine why.
posted March 18th, 2012
@bobfoto I would have to look with my eyes closed.... :)
@msk1p2 Hahaha! Neither do either of mine...but then catmato doesn't have the same ring to it. I could manage one without the frog I suppose. Hey - missed my chance, I should have asked the chap at school if he could put the tarantula on a tomato...would that have counted?
posted March 18th, 2012
@bobfoto
Does it have to be a tomato? Oh I'll tag my capsicum anyway.....
posted March 18th, 2012
Done...autocorrect kept wanting to say frogman!!!
posted March 18th, 2012
@swilde - short answer = no.

@msk1p2 - that would take some tomato... although with photoshop???

this shot may be as elusive as th rumored double rainbow shot

@jsw0109 LOL!!! :0)

Hmmmmmmmmm no frogs here...and I hate tomatoes. Maybe a cat on a cantaloupe?
posted March 18th, 2012
@bobfoto Haha, guilty as charged :)

I dreamt about frogs last night, I told hubby about needing one with a tomato...he is beginning to think I am off my rocker! Can't wait to see what others find as for MN, it will be awhile until I can find a frog

I don't have a frog =(

@bobfoto I thought of you today... twice! Once in the produce section of the grocery store, and the other time in Target, near the baby friendly toys. Indeed, people are contemplating the purchase of frogs... cuddly green cute-faced frogs. ;-)

I wanted to look at all the frogmato shots but when I went to the tags it still isn't listed. I need everybody to hurry up so I can see all these fabulous shots together! ;~}

am i the only person who hates frogmato? it's frackin creepy. i hate frogs, and tomatoes are disgusting....especially with frog juice on them. blech.

@bobfoto - i've always thought the pic was a little underexposed, but I see that I never told you that amidst the hullaballoo.
