New born is not an area that I have been into... They all seem way to fragile for my type of photography... ;-)

@agima Thanks Brendan :) I was very nervous it took a while to relax, even though I have 3 of my own I was really worried about hurting him.

I have just been asked by 2 other mums to do photos for them. I have no idea where to begin lol How much do you charge? and what size should your images be for printing, how many do you have in a package etc any help would be great.

This was one of my mom's friends daughter. She was a week or two old I think. My first try at shooting a newborn too.

I have a few, all taken soon after birth. This baby is having light therapy for jaundice.

This little man is about 5 min old

This one is all tucked up in a transport cot to be flown to Perth for a higher level of care

I am anxiously awaiting the birth of my great grandson. My granddaughter had been dilated 5cm for a week! I want all those little finger and toe shots really bad.
