This discussion chain is to highlight the work of someone else and show a photo that you marked as +FAV (on the top of the screen) this week. Having people FAV your photo lets you know that what you did really connected with other photographers and for the new members, it really helps get that photo to the popular page. We do this post every week and it is a great way to see work you might of missed or find someone new to follow.
So find a fav from this week and include their user name and why you connected with this photo. Please don't forget to CREDIT their photo with the username!
There are two easy ways to add pictures on to the discussion.
The first is a full size photo: 1) Click on your favorite photo and bring up its page. 2)Look at the right side of your monitor, and go to the word SHARE (it is below tags) 3) go to the box and copy the long address 4) Come back to the discussion, and then paste. 5) If it is not your photo also tag the person who it belongs to so they know you love it (@name) remember no punctuation on either side of the @and name.
The second is to have a smaller file size so to keep the site from getting overwhelmed. http://365project.org/discuss/general/1323/how-to-adding-an-image-in-a-discussion.
This is becoming harder and harder for me to pick just one each week. I kept going back and forth between 5 photos this time. I finally chose this one by Amaya Williams @worldbiking. Amaya and her husband ride off to far away places with strange sounding names on their bicycles and she captures amazing photographs along the way. This one really struck me as a slice of real life in another part of the world, but not something most of us see everyday.
I had a fair number of fav's this week, and it was a tough choice! I really like this one by Sophie @svt - it's beautifully composed, and has that slight impressionist quality to it.
@calm For a number of reasons - just love the contrasts here, it inspired me to have a go at this myself and finally she needs a bit of a lift right now. :-)
Although this one was taken on Aug 2nd (just outside the date range), I have to give a nod to Steve Frazer @steve_frazer, for this incredible capture of this little owl. His work is wonderful, and I had hoped to have seen a few more comments on this photo, it really deserved to be seen :-)
Mike, you make me smile! Yes, I do seem to love my sunsets...especially since we've actually had some these past few days finally! I can't seem to get enough of them :-) Thank you!
Sassik @sassik (and so many others) had a great week of photos, but this one is my favorite fav! Brilliant capture of mother and daughter, wonderful high-key feel and so well captured as a selfie when you don't have the benefit of double checking focus and framing as you take the shot.
@rockinrobyn Thank you for picking this shot over all the other fabulous photos seen last week, such an honour! And thanks for the kindest words to go with it! :)))
@jannaellen This is my fav fav this week for various reasons...1. I love all the green 2. The focus on the bug is incredible 3. The composition is perfect and 4. I really wanted to have taken this shot :o)
this one really makes me smile, its one from a fab inspirational series by Emily @houdiniem who I'm sure is having way too much fun with her 365 project ;-)
Thank you so much, Colleen! I really do appreciate your comment and having the little "guy" get chosen! I feel so humbled to have a photo on this site and appreciate your kindness ... thank you.
I love the whimsical feel of the series that this photo is part of. This particular one is my favorite. It makes me smile every time I look at it! Thanks Joanne @veg66
I started following Stephane @stefun right after I found out he was taking a trip through our southwest United States. His photos haven't disappointed. This is just one of many I've faved over the past couple of weeks.
What a tough choice!! I need a top 3 hahah... ok, so I love this shot from Aaron... I love how the light hits the jar in this... and the flowers give a gorgeous splash of colour and brightness.
It was difficult to choose this week...so many great photos. Chose this one partly to showcase a relative newcomer to 365 who has some awesome shots. @moonwatcher
I love the simple beauty of this.
@lyoungs1023 Elizabeth... Thank you very much for favoring my wagon picture. It was a treasure to stumble upon. It's such an honor having someone favor your picture. Thank you for that honor.
this week I have 4 of Cass's (@ozziehoffy ) photos in my favs so its got to be one of hers. Some amazing light captures this week by you Cass! This one really spoke to me!
@jsw0109 Don't even ask how I ended up on this thread but I just saw you posted my photo. I don't think I ever got that notification. Thank you so much and thank you for the comment as well. I wish I'd seen it at the time!
