From Georgia to Maine, we've had several days of winter storms here in the US.
Time to Pile On the photos!
We had just cleared the driveways, street, and sidewalks from the 12 inches of snow that landed the night before, when last night we saw lightening and heard loud claps of thunder and here came another round of winter weather.
As the front passed and the downpour became steady, we took the dog for a walk. And I snapped off a few neighborhood photos.
If you have some great winter storm and snow photos... pile on and post them here!
@swguevin Ice has got to be one of the most amazing things on the planet hasn't it. Nice to see all the winter shots, thank you for starting the thread
@kiwichick Love the child portrait and how you used the chain link fence to frame it. All three are winter wonderful! The ski shot is classic and colorful!
We've had 60 inches of snow this winter (and it's snowing right now). We've had lots of snow on the ground since early Dec. We have huge piles of snow in our yard because the snow plow clears our cul de sac into our yard. Lucky us! So, here's some of my shots, not even all of them! LOL!
I LOVE snow, winter, ice, water, snow, snow, a bit more snow. This year has been very poor on the snow front though.
Love the snow in the Smoky Mountains
This is from Winter Storm Pax
@swguevin a few ice shots for you. It was fun to look at these again!

And my other pup, Charlie was concerned :)
The second part of the storm hit in the night; it dumped an additional two feet by morning:
