I've been taking photos for a while now and I would like to upload them here now. However, I would like to publish only two photos per day, to give it a continuous feeling after all. Is there any way I can upload them all at once and then set when the photos should go public?

No. You can't set them to go public at a later time. You are right to not want to upload too many at once though. It's better to spread them out but you need to physically upload them when you want them public.
I've uploaded a couple of pictures at the same time. You get a message that you have photos to be organized. Just don't organize the extra photos until your ready to add your dates and descriptions.

There are indeed some provacy options, but they're only aviable as an ACE member ( http://365project.org/store/ace-member-1-year). If you have an ACE account, this is possible. :)
