Best of the Month

July 18th, 2014
Lou
Beginning with the current year of your project, what has been your best photo (in your own heart) out of each month?

Do share :)

I only started this roller coaster ride in February, but even so it's interesting to look back and see how I haven't improved at all, just become slightly more whacky...so, from newest to oldest, here they are, for better or worse...

@louuncouth What about you, Lou? You need to post yours! :0)

February - this one of my daughter as I hadn't seen her perform in ages and I like the movement.

March - this one because it was a busy background and for the first time I put a sky into my shot so I learnt a new skill, subsequently forgotten how I did it and I loved this guy's face.

April - This one because we were doing Architecture as a subject for Camera Club and my friend and managed to use our our cameras in here when we weren't supposed to and we got our shots.

May - this one because it was an "ad hock" shot whilst at a photographic presentation and workshop and there was no other lighting than the alley lighting

June - I couldn't decide both taken close together but with different viewpoints

and

July so far I have put 2 as I couldn't decide

Thanks Lou @louuncouth for starting this - fun looking back. I'm barely on here anymore - maybe once a week - but these are my favourites for various reasons. More 'painterly' images than straight photography but that's me! ;)

Some months were really tough to decide on. Great thread. One that would be interesting would be your top 5 or 10 faves of your project ever. That would be a challenge, but cool to pick.
