I'm going with these ducks that had made themselves comfy in the middle of the road - a very minor delay on my journey to school one day last week. They weren't too pleased to have to move so I could pass! I love that these are the kinds of delays I face driving to work, rather than traffic congestion and roadworks!

Sam
@roachling That's the best kind of traffic delay. Love the colors.

I titled this one "Little yellow truck" but "I Love You so Much" would be more accurate. I've gotten that look from him a few times. Ok, it was only once... and I was holding a truck.

I loved the softness and simplicity of this simple little shed.

I never seem to have enough time to take pictures as well as I want to, so I was pleased with this one, as it was a race against the light.
March 1st, 2015
I was very pleased to get this one on the trending page.

My love of birds and trees won as my fav this week.
March 1st, 2015
I had some fun with this one!

This composition was just pleasing to me. It seems I am either really proud of what I post on my project, or truly desperate and embarrassed. I am proud of this one:

Collage of my black & white alphabet month.

It has to be this alligator -- not because it's a great shot, but for what I learned. Read my description to learn why the bubbles were jumping along his back. It's called the Water Dance. I love it when I learn from my pix!

I kind of liked this one but no one else seemed to ;-)

...because I want spring soooo bad
March 1st, 2015
This is just one of my favorite shots.

Pretty much all I've had the opportunity to shoot recently is birds. So, appropriately enough, this is my favorite shot from the past week.

My winter trees...

Can't go wrong with a photo of my darling girl!
March 1st, 2015
This is mine...just liked the way it was looking at me..

I liked the color palette and the very wide DoF in the low light didn't drive the ISO unbearably high. The cloning out of power lines and poles worked well too.

It's an arrangement of wrenches, slow shutter while zooming. I like not knowing what I'll get.

This one of a covered bridge I took yesterday on Kangamagus Highway.

I have seen many of these types of photos posted on the Project and have admired them. I wasn't specifically looking for this but knew it when I saw it.

The Best of Me :)
March 2nd, 2015
I was particularly pleased with this one. It was my first B&W for a while. It inspired me to look at at more mono images in my project.

March 2nd, 2015
My favorite from this past week was a photo that I took shortly after sunset. I especially like photos taken at night because the colors are so bright and cheery, and I like the contrast.

I like this one, the last from my flashback month

I just love the way the sun gives such clarity to the colour of the whelk against the granite block, with the water droplet that you might miss
March 2nd, 2015
this is a personal fav - even though not a crowd pleaser! I love the contrast with the street graffiti and classics...
March 2nd, 2015

The picture may be blurry but if you click on it ----it has a sharp message :)!
March 2nd, 2015
This was my favourite from the weekend. I liked the green of the tree against the velvet looking stone

March 2nd, 2015
This was my favorite. In part because of the subject and also that the only editing needed was to crop a bit.
March 2nd, 2015
just loved the delicate feel to this frosted blade of grass one morning

March 2nd, 2015
This is my favorite, I think because it's so silly and I put a lot of time into getting it just right....even though it's foolish!
March 2nd, 2015
I love how the b&w processing brings out the textures and shapes in the flower.
March 3rd, 2015
After a month of BW I love the colour in this one, technically the photo is a few years old but I had never done anything with it other than store it, but did edit it this week

March 3rd, 2015
Taken while my 365 friend was visiting. Her son and my two youngest.

This was my first real practice with my new DSLR and I'm not used to taking photos of people. I was really pleased with how it turned out.

March 4th, 2015
I liked how the light shined on the water droplets on this. Happy Spring!
March 4th, 2015
I liked how this one turned out. If you look closely there are two coyotes in the field.
