Photo Proof Books

March 30th, 2015
I'm doing a very small wedding in May and I'm fairly confident about which equipment to bring and all that so this is not the normal question for "first time wedding photographer."

I was planning on sending them a link to their pictures where they can peruse and get printed what they wanted from there; however, the couple are in their 60's and are not very computer savvy and she said that their laptop is broken at the moment.

So I'm thinking a proof book would be a better bet with them so they can look through them and then to cut down on costs, give them a CD of the pictures they wanted and they can take it somewhere to get them printed (with a release form of course)

So this is my dilemma having never worked with "proofs" before. Where do you order your proof books from and is this the best avenue for this situation?

Any comments or suggestions are definitely welcome!

A small wedding and the couple are in their 60's. very cool.

Keeping costs down, perhaps getting 3x5 prints (our what ever ratio you shot in) and a small photo album. Number or label the prints to correspond to the CD and give it the newly weds. A little more work for you, but might satisfy you requirements.
