Yes, as a past member of 365 project I have come back to try again.
My first attempt saw me getting bogged down with trying to take a picture everyday where I was failing and this was taking away the Fun aspect of taking pictures.
The camera I use is a DSLR and simply attempting to lug this around every single day was also slowing me down. Now I have a Compact camera and it sits alongside my DSLR which allows me to be more flexible and able to take pictures easier on some days or with some forward planning on other days.
Yes, I see you say excuses, excuses and to be honest I agree so instead less words more photos which Ive already taken today , once I have picked my favourite on it will go.
Hi Stephen, welcome back. I too am just about to get a bridge camera as I find my DSLR too heavy to carry around for long. Its your project so dont stress just have fun.
I often 'indulge' in forward planning - it's the only way I can justify taking so many pictures! And who's to say I shouldn't? Only when I want to enter a theme/competition which specifies the dates required do I stick to that particular 'rule' :)
go for it Stephen. May the fun of photographing be with you. Make it YOUR project and do what you think is best. No worries about the rest and you will be around for a few years before you know it.
good luck - there are heavy DSLR's - point and shoots - bridge cameras - phone cameras etc....all are used to take the photos on here - just have fun and do it your way!
