When I upload direct from an SD Card or wired connection from my camera to my PC the Photo Details show below the picture on the right hand side when viewing.
But, when I download wirelessly from my camera to either my PC or a Tablet the Photo Details information is much less. I expect its the norm, but thought I would ask
Preferably I'd like to get some more specific details in order to offer the best answer, but in general terms what I believe is happening is that the EXIF and/or additional metadata is being stripped when you are "downloading wirelessly". Some technologies do this in an effort to 'protect your privacy' assuming that the photo is or will be uploaded to the public internet. In some cases there are options that can be configured to prevent the metadata from being stripped, in other cases there is not. I realize this response is quite general in nature, I do hope it helped in some way.
