The end of the third week of 30 Days Wild for me so I had several photos I liked but I've picked this one...
This was not one of my more well-received photos -- it got very few comments -- but I think it's my favorite from last week. I like the texture on the tree trunk and also the way that it really portrays what my part of the world looks like at this time of year. All that yellow/brown might not be appealing to those of you who come from greener places, but to me, this is a different kind of beauty.
"Me and My shadow--we have all the time in the world." (for the ETSOOI51 challenge) I liked the way the processing turned out to attain these interesting results:
I was pleased that I figured out how to get the little leaf in focus as it was swinging in the wind suspended on one strand of spider web. Also I just like the way it looks.

I chose this image because it was a magical moment to see those little chicks, and get parent bird feeding them. Technically it was a challenge too.
