Bought my first macro lens this week, so had to try it out straight away ;) So far I like this shot the best. It has movement in the wings, but I think it adds something to the picture :)
I didn't even take this photo but it was taken OF me during a photo meet-up in Munich. It represents a 360 photography demo lesson we had and it's fun so here's the link to get to the interactive site.
Because it is the first Milky Way Photo I've Taken and Night/Astral photography is what drew me back to my love of the art. While I don't yet know the appropriate post-processing for the Way and the light pollution was high, I was still excited with what came out of the camera.
I have never been able to capture a Cicada before and I just happened across this one sitting on my son's basketball net. For me this is a unique photo!

Though from a technique point of view I was very pleased with my dragonfly which made it to the popular page, thank you for that.
I love thid one even though I had no tripod.
This one as it brought back so many happy memories.
It felt good taking pics again especially of street folk.
