I've recently begun using Instagram more often. For the past month or so I would use my mobile browser to open 365, tap on a photo to see the "enlarged" and better quality version and save it to my phone so that I may upload to Instagram. Just this morning, it seems that you can no longer tap one of your images to reveal the larger and better quality photo. I can still tap and save the preview picture, but cannot open it to the better quality image on my mobile. I would prefer to use the better quality one for instagram if possible. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about? I'm not using the 365 app, just my mobile browser. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong and if there's a solution?
well dang! i never even knew that was possible to begin with? i kept trying to figure out how to post shots to instagram that weren't taken on my iPhone... and i guess now it's too late to try... oh well... maybe someone will come by with a fix?
@northy I don't Instagram but I am aware of a couple of options to do what you mentioned. (Am also aware of Instagram's bias against images not taken with a cellphone...but yes, everybody does it.) Anyway, since your a Mac user, it's super easy. With your iPhone active, on your Macbook, right-click on the desired edited image and select Share > Airdrop. After a few seconds your iPhone will show up as the target. Click it and the photo will transfer and save to your iPhone from which you can open up Instagram and post it. Another commonly used method is to email it to yourself, then open your email on your phone and save the photo.
