I ask my students similar questions but could never come up with 30. lol

I am going to have to take notes and wait until I give my next workshop. hahahahahaha

@quietpurplehaze If the defaults are off a little, there are so many options to correct them. Almost too many options, indeed.

I know many photograhers aare aficionados of raw but I don't like to spend much time post-processing. I'm still looking for a better compact and yesterday I heard of a new one coming in March so think I'll wait and have a look at that: Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100 / TZ100 but it appears not to have a viewfinder which I do always want in a camera.
