This is my favorite because these are the first flowers in the rose garden and they bring with them the promise of a colourful carpet of roses, maybe even in time for my birthday party in two weeks...
This is my favourite shot from the past week as it all fell in place on such an emotional day.. Printed this shot up and it got auctioned off at a Pink ribbon fundraiser and made quite a bit of money for Breast Cancer research..

I just knew I wanted to photograph these trees forming a natural tunnel when I saw them. I attended a yoga workshop on Saturday and one of the teachers had us in tree pose and was talking about trees. The way these trees have reached out to one another and linked limbs to form this tree tunnel seemed to indicate so beautifully about how mother nature forms connections in much the same way we humans do - for strength and survival.
Fantastic photos indeed. Well from my point of view, the flower photo can be shot better or process better, considering a tutorial of Picturesque Scenery skills. What a luck to see all these creative photography!
