Hrm I'm not sure what you can do with a blogger account, I run wordpress on my own hosting so I can be pretty flexible, but from the RSS it's possible to display the photos too, as on the right hand side of my site here.
I might be able to help you out, if blogger actually lets you modify PHP files and such (and is even written in PHP...)...
