Just got back from a life changing trip!

Has to be this one of nearly 94 year old Joe sporting his Légion d'Honneur medal. What luck to meet him in the street last week and hear his story.

Honorable protest at Standing Rock, ND... The Sioux nation and other indigenous tribes are trying to stop the pipeline from going through their sacred burial grounds, as well as trying to keep their life giving river (s) clean. The upside down flag is a symbol of a nation in distress.
