It is early evening of the first Friday of the New Year in New Zealand and Australia!
Part of the reason for this theme is to help highlight some of our work and get more involved with others that you may not otherwise be exposed to.)
If you have 30 or more photos in your project, there will be a flashback link in the information box on any one of your photo pages.
This information box contains a list of options under your thumbnails, such as views, comments, album name, etc. Near the bottom of the list you'll find the flashback view link. If you click it, it will take you to one of your past photos.
This is a fun and random way to share some of our older work... try not to cheat, and use the first image it gives you, even if you aren't too fond of it!
To share: Underneath your photo is three dots (...). Click on the three dots and there will be an "Embed Code" you can copy. Copy that then paste in the comment box below.
So post your photos here and let the Flashbacks begin
From June last year, the time before this I was in Australiaa. Travelling Air Canada this time throughh Vancouver, where the doube customs, and immigration control, Canada and USA, is a real bear.
This is my photo from 19th July 2014. It was for Technique Challenge 28 - shooting blind entry. Taken from waist level of a road near Holywood, Northern Ireland.
Oh I had such fun doing this! It was a get-pushed challenge to do light painting which I'd never heard of- never mind done. I went to Mr Google for info, borrowed a lecturer's laser pointer and played for about 250 shots!!
This is always a fun thing to do. A year ago I was graduating with my MSN in Nursing Informatics at 58 so it is funny that this popped up. It actually sits in front of my neighbor's house and I thought it was cute! And goes along with the many goose photos I shoot ha ha! :)
Flashback Friday is like opening a surprise present every week. Took me back to year one of my project when I wouldn't dream of going to sleep without having taken and posted a photo for the day. This one was taken in a hotel, in my pajamas, with a tripod. Good thing nobody walked by.
@cottiac -- ha ha - you should have seen the incredulous look on my husband's face when I set up the tripod in the room, peeked into the hallway both ways to make sure the coast was clear, then quickly move to the balcony area overlooking the main lobby. Yes, all in my pajamas :) Good thing it was "autumn" so pajamas were quite decent.
