Has anyone else ever accidentally tried to upload a file over 5 MB and found their Upload menu freezes on "you have images to organise" so that you can't get rid of the troublesome picture or upload anything else? At least, I'm guessing that's what caused the problem yesterday. If anyone else has made the same mistake and worked out how to fix it, I'd be grateful for advice, thanks, Helen
i had this problem last saturday all day and it was driving me crazy not being able to upload anything, i couldn't do anything but wait and it just "magically" fixed it itself. or at least i thought so :)
I had a problem a couple of times and didn't know if it was the size of the file or a site glitch. I recall reading that the owner of this site suggests keeping the pictures under 5 MB.
thanks - good to know I'm not the only one! I only noticed the warning about not loading files over 5 mb when I was looking around for possible causes of the problem - then checked and found that the collage picture I'd tried to upload (twice!) was huge - 5.9 MB - I'd forgotten to reduce the size. Guess I should've looked at guidelines first! Meanwhile I have my D and E pictures waiting in the

I accidentally uploaded a large file, and it's been almost a week that I haven't been able to upload anything... :( How did you get it fixed, Chimom? I'd like some help too..

If you are having trouble uploading, try using the basic uploader..
