Camera and other information in the "Photo Details" section

Hi, everyone
I have just started a second year after a break of a couple of years. I have noticed that in my own and some others' photos, the Camera make and model don't appear in the "Photo Details" section, whereas they do for others.

Is all the other information a bit random as well? What's the secret?

Image editing software is probably stripping the info when the image is saved out.

My photoshop seems to do that, and also changes the date (which messes up my sorting.)

I edit my photos in Lightroom and then export them out. I open up my 365 Project and I always use the upload feature. I noticed if I emailed my photos to 365 the information was not there. (That was sometime ago and it may not do that anymore, but I don't email my photos to the 365 anymore.)
