How to Print Project Calendar Month

August 2nd, 2017
I know this has been discussed before, but I still am unable to do it. It has been a while since I have seen anything on it, so perhaps someone can help me. I've tried the Print Screen, and the Snipping tool and I can't seem to get them to work.

Anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks in advance'

I've previously used the Print Screen key. This copies the image on the screen into your clipboard, which I then pasted into a Powerpoint slide where it becomes a formattable object (i.e. you can crop the borders to get rid of all the unnecessary detail around the edges). I'm sure there must be an easier way!

I probably did it the long way - Shift - Print Screen - Copied it to Paint - erased the extra dates etc. Saved to My Pictures and then added the titling in my photo editing program. I always forget how to do it since I don't use it often enough.

I now use the snipping tool but it did take me a bit to figure out all the steps to use. This is the way I do it - and hopefully will work for you.
First of all, make sure your camera card or whatever method you use to download your photos is attached to your computer. Your snip will be saved to here. From here, you can probably choose what you want to do with it.
Start with snipping tool, choose 'new', drag and highlight what you want saved, under file choose ' save as' and choose jpeg.
Hit save - it automatically goes to my card but you may need to choose where you want it saved to.
Hope this helps!

I also use the print screen and save it in pictures and crop it. I then upload to Ribbet.com and spot out the dates not used for the previous and next month and then add a frame and any text.
@farmreporter hadn't thought about snipping tool Wendy- will give that ago next time for this month's alphabet!!

Thanks everyone. The print screen worked great for me. Saved it to Paint and then cropped it in PhotoShop.

I also got a note from Ross on doing this too. 365ers are so helpful.

@quiclee1 Thanks Suresh. I will definitely put this in my notes for when I can't remember how to do it.
