Logging in?

Why is it that since a few days I have to log in every time I want to open 365. Gloria mentioned it yesterday and wondered if anyone else has this problem. It is rather annoying. On my cell I still get in directly. Can anything be done to resolve this issue?

Are you checking the "stay logged in"/"remember me" checkbox when you log in? Is you browser set to delete cookies every time you close it?

Those are the only things that I can think of off the top of my head right now.

I am having the same issue! I even deleted the browser and downloaded it afresh at one point. The stay logged in is gone and after a few minutes, without closing the browser, I have been logged out again. It only happens on this website. I thought it was only me!

Mine is the opposite. On my cell, I always have to log in. On my laptop, I stay logged in.

I am having the same problem. Fine on my windows laptop and android phone, but have to sign in every time on the iPad!

@megpicatilly if it’s still happening you might find that you’re in “private” browsing mode, this has caught a few people out.

@kali66 glad to hear it! I hassled Microsoft some more and it seems that has worked
