I've tried posting in the previous thread, posting on the GetSatisfaction page and emailing Ross and have heard nothing in return. I'm hoping that starting a new discussion will get my problem noticed. I didn't think it would take this long to hear some feedback about this problem or even have it fixed. I've been unable to upload my photo of the day for the second day now so I'm pretty irritated and almost to the point of just wanting to delete my account and say the heck with it. :\
Ross has had limited Internet access as he is on an extended journey through various countries. I'm sure he'll take care of it as soon as he's aware of the issue.
Ross is usually on-the-ball so if he hasn't gotten back to you there must be a pretty good reason. but don't give up, mine took two weeks to sort and I was on the verge of closing when it started to work again....
Update: the last step seems to work for me approximately 5 days (give or take) after the upload step. In other words, after I upload pictures (size does NOT seem to be the issue, since EVENTUALLY I can finish processing them), every time I click on the "You have uploads waiting to be organised, Click Here to organise them" link I just get a blank page, until one day, about 5 or so days later when I randomly try it just in case, it allows me to set the dates and add description and tags and all that... and then I upload some more pictures and can't organize THEM -- get the blank page again.
I still notice others are able to add pictures... are only a few people having this problem, and why? or is everyone having this lag between updating and organizing? It also doesn't seem to matter if I upload just one picture or a bunch. Same thing either way.
Mine became blank for an entire week, then Ross fixed it. I've been uploading less than 5mb and one photo at a time. I haven't gotten the blank page ever since.
Even when I do one picture at a time it is still happening for me. In fact, in the most recent version, I uploaded a picture a few days ago, was still getting the "you have pictures to organize" msg but couldn't (went to blank page), then this morning, it was gone. Not there to organize. Uploaded it again, and got the blank screen when time to organize it.

When i emailed him he got back fairly quicly and resolved a lot of peoples problems then.
Stick with it. I'm sure he'll get back to you as soon as he can.
he won't be gone forever - just until april i think
