Under water cameras

Hubby and I are taking a trip, we want to get an under water camera, any suggestions on a good one? Thanks!

@meemakelley sounds like that is going to be a fun trip!! what kind of camera are you aiming for? if you would be ok with a point and shoot, you might want to consider the TG tough from olympus... it let's you shoot RAW and in my experience has pretty decent image quality for a P&S...

Thanks, @northy, point and shot would be fine, I don’t really want to take my big camera. We want something that will take great pics, and it we end up on an excursion where we are in the water, we want one that will work for that as well.

I use an Olympus TG 850 when the weather is bad. It doesn't shoot RAW but IQ is decent. It has a 21- 100mm zoom lens and a "flip-up" screen for selfies ;-) It also works well as a video camera.

I have got a Olympus TG-5, seems pretty indestructible. It's got some interesting features, time lapse, focus stacking, for instance. Quite pleased with it.
