Does anyone use flash and various lighting techniques that could help??

There has been some interest by some to learn more about lighting, flash, etc. I am suggesting to start a challenge to help others learn more about using flash, modifiers, etc, etc. but I prefer to go about this with a team. I don't claim to be the expert in the subject but I do have a lot of experience. It would be much less time consuming if others joined me.

We would host a different challenge (slighting advancing from the previous lessons) that would focus on something specific (an example could be Rembrandt lighting, etc.) Others from the team would feel free to comment, make suggestions, help answer questions. Also the team could take turns hosting the challenges. We could discuss a general plan before the challenges start. We could have a vote based on either technical or creativity for the challenge. The challenges could be 3 weeks or so.

Below is the link to the original post. Are you able to help? Even occasionally as time permits is fine. The challenges will be posted only as time permits as well.

@myhrhelper Personally I don't feel that a "team" of participants is the way to go, it seems to introduce an element of exclusiveness rather than something anyone can participate in. Why not just keep it as is the norm on 365 and have a monthly challenge? You could start it off with a set theme challenge, for example take a simple on camera flash photo of a still life, give some sample images and see what folk do, participants could simply say how they set up their lighting. After the vote the winner could then post the next challenge of what they want to learn about.
The key to this approach would be that the information on how the lighting was set up would be helpful to others and the learning element.
Also subjects would be somewhat controlled by all who contribute, no pressure on any one individual!
It is a relaxed set up and folk would be able to move forward at their own pace whilst learning from others who contribute their initial lighting set ups.

@allsop I am going to start them out with a systematic plan to learn the basics and then later in the future turn it over to be normal challenges where it is turned over to the 'winner' A while back I started the camera settings challenges to teach people how to use their camera settings and learn manual as well. We had a team that taught the various techniques in a somewhat systematic method.
