Link above might be more useful but below what I do.

Choose your shortlist.

Open up a second 365 and set up dedcusion

Then click on arrow bottom right of each photo , copy data and paste it in the discussion thread

Repeat for other chosen ones

I used to have an email open to copy to and type my intro and dates closing. Then I'd copy and paste the lot into the thread

Remember to number the photos and include @ name of photographer

I do it the same as Jackie. Go to discussions, then Themes and Competitions.
Then “New Topic”
That creates your post, and puts it the right place.

The hardest part for me is always choosing the short list!

The only thing you do have to be aware of is that the new topic can time out if you are not quick enough (or at least it did so for me once)

maybe I was just too slow ... which is why I now put it on a word doc of some sort and then just copy and paste to the new topic.

@Dawn It can be a bit confusing to set it up if it's your first time or haven't done it for a while. Jackie's tips are pretty much the way I have done it previously.

If you get really stuck I am happy to set it up if you select the finalists and let me know who they are
