Help!
A friend has seen a couple of my photographs she would like to have printed and hang in her sons room. I have offered to email her a copy to print but being that neither of us is super tech savvy we're not sure if that will diminish the quality or not.
What is the best way/place to get her an enlarged copy printed? I'm not sure if she's looking for 5x7 or 8x10 yet. And how do I know if the quality is good enough for the 8x10?
And if a photo has been cropped down, will it print as is or will there be white space around it when printed? Help. I obviously don't know what I'm doing but since she actually likes some of my stuff enough to hang it in her sons room I want to make sure it looks nice for her.
What space said. I'm pretty sure that's where David had our book from our vacation created and you wouldn't believe how cheap the cost but how amazing the quality was.
On top of that when you say "edit" to make the photographs smaller did you keep the original? The original should be of a fairly good size even with a bit of cropping. I always save a copy of my photos and keep the originals intact because my to do list is to make prints myself to hang up or even a collage/book collection some day.
I like Shutterfly (www.shutterfly.com), but same idea. You can download at full resolution and when you order prints you can adjust the crop accordingly and preview at the size you are ordering. They also do canvases!
