I've been wanting to try these kind of photos for a while - so while I had my sis willingly helping me - I got 2 different ones - they're fun. So share yours here :-)

how do you do it? I"d love to try!

@amyhughes I use photoshop and just layer the photos and erase away what's not needed - if you use a tripod then everything besides the model should stay in the same place. I bet someone lovely already has a post on how to do it in other programs if you don't use photoshop :-)

Here's mine, I was just playing around with a long shutter speed though, it's called 'snail' hunting, so wanted to convey a sense of speed...

I took this the other day, but it's more of a long exposure in a dark room with a flash light kinda thing :-P I'm pretty sure they teach you this is photo 101 :-P

More ghostly than multiple personalities, but I really am looking forward to trying those at some point!

I've done multiple exposures, which nets ghostly figures, but doing clone photography is on my short list. I have this "how to" (which I may have discovered on 365 a month or so ago: http://www.petapixel.com/2009/07/10/7-steps-to-taking-clone-photographs/

@kaost Is that Homer Simpson hanging on your wall? lol I love it.
May 6th, 2011
@1invisiblegrl Yes it is! It was a jigsaw puzzle I gave my husband when we were dating. It took him months to put together because each piece is a tiny scene of the Simpsons but collectively they make Homer :)
