I know we've had these threads in the past but I've just searched and can't find one for June.
What is your favourite photo that you took in June?
This is mine, a chance snap of my daughter giving my son a kiss. I've had lots of beautiful landscapes in June but I know this is a photo I'll treasure forever.
I have others that I like for various reason's, but I have to go with this one I took of my son wakeboarding. It is a memory he will have forever. An early morning boat ride with his mom and grandma so that he could jump the wake and land it for the first time.
"Daisy Drop" was the last time I made it on the popular page before my shots from yesterday. I have never been able to get a refraction shot until I got my DSLR and macro lens. Money well spent!
I really like a lot of my photos from this month. Heck, we had a trip to the zoo, plus the beginning of summer, plus I really got to experiment with some night photography, but I'm going with this one from June 2nd, a photo of my dog. He was so tired, wanted to know what I was doing, yet could barely keep his head up. When he put his head down and looked at me, I knew I had the shot.
I had so many favorites in June. I didn't know how to choose one! So, I went with the most sentimental one. A reminder of a tradition me and my son have.
This is an instant fav. because of my husband coming home that day. I had so many fun shots in the month of June so if this shot wasnt taken it would have been hard to pick another one.
I did the Gratitude project through June, and each of my photos makes me smile .. but if i have to just choose one, it's this one:
"Y is for .. YES!! Today, I'm grateful for the days when I have the courage to say 'Yes!' to life, and the different choices and opportunities that come along."
i took a picture a day of this pink mickey i had, but this is the one non mickey picture i took, and i put it in my 2nd album, but it's definitely my fave for the month
This may have been my best month in forever... It's a toss up between two shots for me... I guess I have to go with this one, but the 20th was a very very close second!
I had a really great month and am impressed with the amount of photos and editing I did with my iphone since my home computer was internet challenged. I had a tough time but I like this photo because it says a lot about being from Annapolis and the connection with the water that the locals really have. I also really love an infrared processing and like the starkness of the photo.
June was such a Meh month for me - the main photos I liked were fillers from previous times... a;lready in July I have three photos I like better than what I took in an entire month... this is probably the best of the bunch
June was a great photographing month, and I, like many of you on this thread, had a hard time picking just one photograph. I chose this one because I had to chase the moon across the city to the river front in order to capture a photograph of it. In addition, I love it because it is SOOC!
Wow! So many fantastic shots on here. June was a good month for me (5 of my June shots on the PP - and several others that I like just as well.), so this was kind of difficult. So - for sentimental reasons, I'm going with this one of the little Amish boy (June 13).
This one for me, taken on my holiday to Norway and Russia. We were in the Arctic Circle and stayed up all night on midsummer's night to experience the midnight sun and it was amazing. Completely beyond words. The photo is rubbish, lol, but it records a fantastic time in my life so I love it.
Well June saw me to the Popular Page for the first time! But it isn't my OWN personal favourite! The most popular photos are never my favourites, and vice versa!!
That's a tough question, really... I have many in June I dislike, but there are also some I really love. I'm choosing this one, because there was such a cool atmosphere in the air, before the storm broke loose:
I like my "socks on..." shot from the 19th of June quite a lot (as pure rock'n'roll) but in terms of a stand-out image, I think this one has to be my choice...
I can't decide between these two:
In which my fiance and I were playing in the park, and he again proved himself to be a total nerd :P
or
This self-portrait.
So many favs to choose from... June is my first whole month at 365 :-))) (I started at the end of May), but it will have to be the father day pic! "Father and Son"
I choose this picture as my favorite from June. I was very happy with the way it turmed out since I took it blindly. I can"t wait to get back on my bike.
Wow...it's hard to pick a favorite photo for the entire month! June wasn't my most inspired month, but there were a few shots I was really pleased with. It was hard to choose one, but I think this is my favorite:
I've been spending a lot of time in Waterton Lakes National Park and this was one of many photos I've taken there in the last few months that certainly made the cut. Sadly, not many people looked at it, so here it is!
I have another photo that I love for June because it shows the character of my brother but I decided to go with this one because it is one of the most creative photos I have taken.
Our area of the country had its Cicada year this summer. I got lucky and found one all by itself on a concrete slab of a picnic shelter at a local park.
It was my first portrait type shot to make the PP. Plus it makes me giggle.
I guess this one, because it came out exactly like I imagined it would.
"Y is for .. YES!! Today, I'm grateful for the days when I have the courage to say 'Yes!' to life, and the different choices and opportunities that come along."
This one for me due to this being the reason i broke my elbow lol and it was one tick off my bucket list shots
Titled: I am alive.
I got a new wide angle lens and started to have some fun
probably this as it had such a fantastic reaction from you guys!!
Its a whole new world now ;-)
It's also one of my favorites of my whole 365 Project so far.
I was proud of the lighting, the colors and the bokeh in this.
18th
Nothing too special - it is finally summer, and this shot was a complete accident.
My favourite is this one -
I can't just pick one :oP
But I also love this one
Only because this is actually happening....slowly........XD< 3
And this black and while of my wonderful 3 year old nephew (for sentimental reasons as well as I simply like the photo ALOT.
In which my fiance and I were playing in the park, and he again proved himself to be a total nerd :P
or
This self-portrait.
my first real experiment with Picnik and colur.
it is tie between these two. I love the angle of the daisy but I like the feel of the old ways.
I can't believe it is July already!! Where does the time go...
This sunset was perfect.
My favorite subject is my little girl and I was so glad to capture her enjoying the world around her.
My first even dandelion shot :)
Selfie of me painting/drawing my selfie
this just makes me laugh. :)
