I just wanted to drop by and leave a quick note for my followers and friends. I have not left the 365 project, but have been very tied up with business and grief for the past 3 weeks. On September 11th, my 'dad' (father-in-law) passed away despite all of our attempts to keep him alive with this world's medical technology. It was just his time. He was a retired Master Sgt. for the US Army who served our country for over 20 years. He was a decorated war hero for his service in Vietnam, recieving both the Purple Heart(s) and the Bronze Star. But more than any of that, he was my 'dad' and my friend.
I am still very busy helping my husband to handle his affairs and tie up loose ends, but am trying to take photos while here in Texas when I find the time. I will try as hard as I can not to flood your news feeds once I return home in a couple more weeks. Thank you to my followers for continuing to follow me despite my long absence. I am looking forward to getting back home and taking some time to look through many of your wonderful photos that I have been missing. Take care, and see you all soon.
Sorry to hear about your father-in-law. Take care of yourself and don't worry about the project! You can catch up later:) Looking forward to seeing your photos again when you're ready!
Such sad news. I'm really sorry to hear all that. Of course we'll still be here when you return, take your time and don't worry! I'll hope you find comfort in faith. My prayers are with you and your family.
So sorry to hear that news - he was clearly a real life hero and it must be a difficult loss to bear. Don't worry about is - we'll be here when you get back.
