I just received this as a comment arrive into my email I checked my page - obviously it's spam does this happen a lot? Should I delete or do I need to forward so that it can be blocked at source???

Yep...it's a scam...I've sent a message to Ross @Scrivna but don't know what else we can do other than alert people. It's interesting that said scammer is using a number of different names but the same message. @yumyum46

I've seen these messages on several pictures of friends as well: @judithg for example. I've been lucky so far. I hate spam :(!
