I have been loading some photos into the bridge, and when i go to 'Merge them to HDR pro' the image is coming up black.. Even by increasing the exposure, there seems to be no image there. Does anyone know where i might be going wrong and how to overcome this?
@sparkle No Juliette, I am using CS5, tried to do it several times now and its still coming up with a blank black image.. i dont have a clue where i am goign wrong here..
hmm, i have had this happen a few times in Photomatix and I'm not sure why. Have you tried checking with other pics? I have found in the past there are some pictures for no explainable issue that won't merge properly - or indeed just produce BLACK!! You could try using only 2 of the shots instead of three, sometimes that rectifies the issue - or the other thing I have done that works is to copy the files and use a different name for the file and try again (you can sometimes force a change to the exif info too) if none of this works it might just be a programme glitch or a file corruption in the shot. I reckon I experience 2% of shots not laoding properly into HDR format...
