This site ( psd tuts) has good tutorials on photoshop, many/most of them advanced graphic design stuff, but I notice they have a series of photoshop basics tutorials. I haven't looked through them all, but based on the rest of the site I imagine they're good quality.

www.photoshopessentials.com has some great step by step stuff too! lots of adds but you can't win em all.
