This started off as a thread in the General category in which I was looking for suggestions of words that I could use as a challenge for June since I've reached the point where I feel I'm either just taking the same pictures over and over or just have no idea what to shoot. I didn't expect such an overwhelming list of words! Since some people stated they wanted to give the challenge a go themselves in that thread, I am posting the final list here as the "June Word Challenge" for anyone and everyone that needs ideas.
I used random.org to enter all the words and then have it generate the list in random order and used the first 15 words that came up... .so here's the list:
Here are the rules I set for myself for this challenge:
1. The shots can be done anytime between June 1st and June 30th but must be uploaded by midnight EST June 30th to be "official"
2. They do not have to be done in any particular order
3. Tag all images as "june-word"
4. Have fun and don't stress!
I am posting the list a week early because this is a pretty challenging list and will require time to really think about some of the harder words and how to pull them off. If you wish to participate with me, feel free to follow the rules I set for myself and tag the images "june-word"

I live about as far from the sea as it's possible to be in the UK so I have to cheat with my sea photo!
These hills were the sea bed 350 million years ago, the shape remains unchanged (so a geologist tells me) - this is as close as I can get to 'sea' without spending time fossil hunting for sea creature
two days left and I just have to do euphoria now! I'm surprised as many of the words seemed tricky at the start and I really didn't think I'd manage all or even all but one!
@jsw0109 Jeff, are going to do this monthly-word for July? I found it to be rewarding to be creative with the words. Using 12-15 words was great. I also liked that we could post any word at anytime in the month. I would like to suggest two words for consideratin for July-- fluffy and noisy.
Jaded Sky..
My take on Hope..

In a house of adults, this is truly whimsical.

Sea, or more exactly Waimanalo Bay.
