Thank you to everyone who Nominated-4-November, in total we had 339 words nominated and this is how I have compiled our list:
- Firstly I added the words that were nominated for specific dates (for example 11th for Remembrance Day in the UK)
- I then counted up the number of times that a word had been nominated and attached those to the matching date (for example “Gangnam Style” was nominated 9 times so is on the 9th)
- Where there were two or more with the same count, I added these to the next available date (for example “Macro” was also nominated 9 times, so is on the 10th)
- There were then eight words that were nominated four times, so I randomly filled the three gaps with three of these.
- The final five word are “Bonus Words” that can be used at any time to replace any day where you don’t feel you can’t use the word of the day. This was requested by a couple of you and I think it’s a great idea (as I really don’t understand ‘Gangman Style’)?
Please note that the dates are just recommendations and you do not have to stick to them, you can use any of the 35 words in any order you like, if you wish to.

9th - Gangnam style (Nominated 9 times)
10th - Macro (Nominated 9 times)
11th - Remember/Memorial (Remembrance day UK)
12th - Birthday (It’s Tabitha’s Birthday today and she first nominated this)
13th - Window/From my window (Nominated 7 times)
14th - Time/3pm (Nominated 14 times)
15th - Shopping/Store (Nominated 6 times)
16th - Laughter (Nominated 6 times)
17th - Parking Lot (Nominated 5 times)
18th - Family (Nominated 5 times)
19th - Camouflage (Nominated 5 times)
20th - Glass (Nominated 5 times)
21st - My Home/Home (Nominated 5 times)
22nd - Thanks/Thankful (Thanksgiving day in the states)
23rd - Black (The day after Thanksgiving is known as "Black Friday")
24th - In season (Nominated 5 times)

27th - Silhouette (Nominated 5 times)
28th - Moon (There is a lunar eclipse)
29th - Eyes (Nominated 4 times)
30th - Moustache (November is known as Movember)

Great work @gphelps5. Have done a photo for everyday in October. Is seriously challenging and hard to get a shot to cover all words. Will be definatly doing this months. Maybe not all days but most.
Please remember these are just suggestions, it would be great if you can do them all in the right order but it does not matter if you can't or don't feel you want to.
@gphelps5 Okay, I've almost survived the "Either-or-October" challenge, so at least I know I can do it now. . . I'm going to try if for no other reason than to be part of this illustrious community you are pushing! ;->
This is a great one! At first I thought I wouldn't do it! :) BUT I love some of them, it would be fun to do more "time" ones, not sure if I'll be able to find fireworks or a bonfire!
@gphelps5 Bulldog I Love the List!! I may sit this month out..i have done 5 months of challenges in a row and last Month (Oct) i did two at the same time! I love these challenges but i am wondering if i can actually go out and get a shot on my own !!Im even considering challenging myself, i just came up with an idea !! lol! We will see, but i want to thank you for doing all of this hard work i will be checking in on you and the bits..i must say they were the Best Shots for the Oct. Challenge! :)

You can you use any of these words on any day and you don't have to join in every day. Just enjoy what you do and join in when you can.
I know a few of us will be going to the whole month and I will try and do every day it the order listed above.

Gangnam style is intimidating me a bit...I don't own Ray Bans and I don't want to chase sexy ladies down with my camera.... What the heck does one photograph in this category? Lol
Debating on pulling out my great grandma's vintage fur coat, and trying to do something around that and my jewelry...I don't have much, hoping to pull something off....or it's stairs, lol

Joking aside, if no-one else picks up the baton, I was thinking of launching the Decide-4-December vote on the 22nd and close it down on around the 28th / 29th. Same rules as this one?
@gphelps5 Sounds like a good idea. However I did have a thought. Maybe you could nominate one person der day to choose the word. Would save a lot of work your end and mix things up a little? I am sure that at least 31 people join in each month. Just a case of selecting a person for each day?
Or we could use the list you linked? Bit to specific thought IMO
@gphelps5 Just a thought... That other list is not very December orientated. What about a challenge for those who want to focus on the December holidays and traditions? A holiday challenge of sorts?

However I like @brav's idea of nominating a diferent person to choose a word for each day. What am I going to do?
YES for me, and if the idea of picking a person a day fits in with D 4 D that sounds fun too. If there are not enough people to fit each day, we can fill in the blanks either as a group or let you decide @gphelps5
I haven't taken part in the November list and don't know if I will in December but if it's a good list I might be tempted! Last year I did a christmas alphabet photo thing where we photographed something christmassy beginning with each letter and that was fun.
As it's December I think it should be a more festive list so I'd vote YES to your decide for December option.
I'm on the fence right now. Not sure if I can commit totally to a list but wouldn't mind having a go to list! I do like quite a lot of Sophia's list, but not all of it. For a word I'd like to see - animal.
I've been "on the fence" - I don't celebrate Christmas, but reality is that is all around us in December; I do still want to *try* to do the December Challenge, although might really be grasping at straws for some of the days.
Does anyone else interested in doing the December challenge celebrate Hanukkah?

@lellie - Don't panic Lesley, just go with the one (or ones) you want - I like doing the word challenges because it makes me think 'outside the box'.
