I think this is a great shot for the challenge! I'm not often participating to this challenge because I'm not very good at "photoshoping" (even don't have photoshop) but it inspires me, so I think I'll give it a modest try! :-)
@rwhite - the mirror works really well, the perspective & placement make the scene look quite improved with all the extra detail! It makes the little planet work a treat too! @mikegifford - extreme sports in Venice! @scatcat - you have made two wonderful timeless edits @aprilmilani - the lighting effect make this look like a beautiful old masters 'photograph'.
My last and final edit of the WWYD69 challenge.
Changed to a panoramic effect with sunny skies and the gondolas in a random position.
I enjoyed doing this, as I found out how to do a few bits on PSE !
Oh gosh.. I agree with Simmy, the entries are so wonderful!
@rwhite the random gondolas work really well! Glad you learnt some new PSE @simster LOL! it looks like the gondolas are racing full steam! @johonn subtle lighting and tonal colours give great atmosphere. @deburahiru a stunning 19th century hand painted lithograph!
How many times do I have to tell you, NO PASSING ON THE RIGHT!
For my taste, there is just too much here that distracts from the two boats which seem to be framed as a wanna-be subject. So just a fast crop to make a "street scene" interaction between just the two elements. I think the story is now much clearer.
@gphelps5 - hope that means it is an 'OK' shot?
@ltodd
I punched up the colors, applied a haze filter, warm polarizer, and "poster edges" SFX

@northy another street scene on water. :)
