I am going to make December a whole month dedicated to the holidays and all it's craziness. Let's share our holday traditions and how the holidays are celebrated around the world.
Don't stress during this month by adding more than you can fit into your already busy schedule. Feel free to share old and new photos. Make this challenge work for you.
Mondays - Colors and lights
Tuesdays - Activities
Wednesdays - Tinsel and glitter
Thursdays - Food and drink
Fridays - Greenery and plants
Saturdays - Decorations and ornaments
Sundays - Your choice
I am thinking of participating in this challenge. I think a word challenge would be too much for me in the busy month of December, but I think I could do this one.
@dmortega I think this sounds brilliant! I did a short series of carols last year and was up for trying to repeat it this year, but think I can fit it in to this flexible format. Great idea, count me in! =)
I am doing a "thankful" November as away of trying to slowly get back into the 365 "habit" after a little hiatus, and I think this might be a good one for me for December. Thanks for the idea... :)
Think I'll have a go at this. I've done a word challenge the past two months but I need something a bit more relaxed for December. Looking foreward to sharing some of my older photographs as well. Nice idea
@dmortega thanks for tagging me on this Dorrena- I definitely would have missed it. I like how you've composed it. I think it will be a fun one to do and be a big help to me this year- it's the first Christmas without my beloved father-so I'll definitely need a little Christmas cheer to see me through.

@tulipgirl Hi Alicia! Sorry to take a couple of days getting back to you. Well I simply thought of some of my favourite Christmas songs and found photos that sort of went with them or perhaps I saw something and it made me think of a song, so I went with that. I did just about 10 Christmas songs in the end, mostly a bit of fun in the run-up to Christmas Day. They start about here http://365project.org/filsie65/365/2011-12-16.

I am hoping it will give me the motivation to revisit a ocean park a 100 miles north of here with the most incredible Christmas displays, but if not, then I will use some older pictures of he place and just smile because since I have given myself permission to use old pictures sometimes, it has been a lot of fun.
@pandorasecho --- I think with lots of different looks at the holidays, it will be fantastic. It's what makes these challenges fun. Bring on the holidays. ;-)
@dmortega Thanks for including me in your reminder Dorrena. I had a bunch of projects I was obligated to finish so I am behind but I have been taking my shots and I'm about to post them. I'm looking forward to being back on track with 365 now and finishing out my second year with your challenge.

@pandorasecho --- Yes, it's been fun. I'm going to follow this flickr group and do as many days as I can. At least for January I will either do, b&w, selective color, or the montly flickr color.
