Come on folks you know you want to get out your old film camera and play like you used to ;)

And if you don't own one I am sure someone you know has one gathering dust in a closet somewhere and would love to let you borrow it.

So take some film shots and tag them AnAug13, post them here too so we can see how awesome film still is.

Last year @chewyteeth wrote the following:

Analogue August. Basically use a proper camera for a month, if you're Ace then just use one of your many folders, or otherwise let it take over your one folder altogether.

Rules are thus:
You post film for the month of August
End of rules.

If you don't own a proper camera, go on eBay now, you will get a Canon EOS SLR for about $20, a Holga 135 for about $20, a Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim for about $5, a Praktica MTL5 for about $10 the list goes on, buy your film on eBay too, expired is cheapest."

So this is a shout out and invitation to all those who would like to join in Analogue August 2013.

HDR, the 'new pictorialism' you'd need to be a CSI technician to find the evidence of a reasonably good picture beneath.

I took a few weeks off at the end of my 365 project, I needed a bit of a break. I am so glad to see all the wonderful photos in Analog August! i am going to need a few days to go thru them, I am delighted with the range of different photos and happy to see new "faces" I did shoot film while I taking a "break" will post them a little at a time.

I did not get to develop any film like I had hoped too but oh well next time!
