Saving LR photos for RAWCOMP competition

What is the best way to save and upload photos that are edited in LR for the Raw competition? The edit I saved was huge and wouldn't upload here.

@brianarmoured Brian, suggest you use off the "File" menu,
Export it to your Hard Drive (I use my desktop), these are all setting as you move down the export window that opens after you choose export.
I then use an "File Setting" of jpeg at 75%
You can also resize the image say 2048 pixels longest side..
Anyway have a look, give it a try and come back with any questions, if something is flumoxing (technical term) you?

Do all your raw edits in Raw (16 bit mode default in Lightroom) and then best to resize the image yourself to 1024 pixels on the long side, the maximum that 365 will display, and then examine the result. You may have to adjust the sharpening after this. Then save as a jpeg, highest quality is best of course, and then upload that jpeg. you'll probably end up with a file somewhere between 500mb and 1gb, large but manageable.
