Hi Everyone! Thanks for choosing my Hanging the Super Moon photo as the winner of ETSOOI-38! These challenges are like your own personal What Would You Do edits! Its a great time to learn and try some new editing skills!
ETSOOI is an acronym. It means EDITING THE S*&^% OUT OF IT. It is a processing strategy you can employ when your own "photo of the day" is boring, needs some extra 'punch', or bad and needs some serious repair. Just juice it up a little.

So, here we go with ETSOOI-39!
The theme is…."People or Person". This challenge is about humans and how to make them look great, 'perfect', low-key, high-key or just 'special'. So, capture, find, add or manipulate an image with people or a person in it. The people or person can be indoors, outdoors, or whatever...there is no preference. You just need to ETSOOI!
YOU MAY ENTER AS MANY ETSOOI-39 photos as you would like.
There are many examples of previous ETSOOI images on this site-- just search the tag ETSOOI and you'll see hundreds. The main idea for this challenge is to have FUN and use post-processing to create something you cannot do simply in camera.
It is not required, but if you could post your original photo and link it in the "write up" of your ETSOOI-39 entry, along with some of the steps you took to process the photo, that would be great. It helps others know what you did to create your photo.
The challenge will start today, Thu July 24th and run until Fri Aug 1st. Your picture must be taken during that time. Voting of the top 5 will occur from Aug 2 to Aug 5.
The winner will host the next challenge and choose a theme (which can be "no theme" if he or she wants) for a new subject.
Tag your photos ETSOOI-39 and have fun! Try to go to others who are tagging their photos ETSOOI-39 and comment on their attempts.
You may also post them here in this thread if you like. You do that by opening your photo, clicking on the "3 dots" icon under it, select and copy the EMBED code, and then paste that EMBED code in this discussion thread.
