Thanks to all of you who participated and voted in the Song Challenge #14: "Tiny Bubbles." It's an iconic Hawaiian style song made popular by Don Ho (back in the 60's??--I think). Anyway, it felt really good to win and I'm grateful for all who voted for my blue bottle & bubbles image!
Okay, here's the scoop: Use the lyrics and the music to inspire your image. It could be something that represents the mood or emotions of the song, or it could be a more literal representation of a snippet of the lyrics. The song I've picked is one of my favorites and it has been popular enough that I hope most you are familiar with it. This song lyrics challenge features James Taylor's--SECRET O' LIFE. I've included the lyrics in this post and I recommend you check out YouTube if you aren't familiar with the song. I think there are lots of possibilities for illustrating/photography.

My sister and brother-in-law are huge James Taylor fans. I thought I knew all of his songs, but I don't remember this one. Lots of food images to photograph. Good choice.

I wasn't familiar with the song, but was struck by the words Osia chose...a metaphor for living... I don't think I have anything obvious from our recent road trip, but I'll look. In my case, "Sliding down" is to be avoided, and pity the person who takes my photo as I do!
