Okay... a few years ago, I did a month of animals, calling it Animals of April (or something like that). So, seeing Spring is just around the corner here in Australia, I thought to see if anyone here in my wonderful and beautiful country would love to take part in a month filled with Spring colours of our first month of Spring.
You can take photos of:
- your local parks
- garden in flower
- beaches
- city in flower
- Botanical Gardens
- Local Public Rose Gardens (we have one here where I live)
- Friends and family's gardens
- your own artwork if it's a flower (be careful with art galleries, they get twitchy about photography in their buildings... ask first).
So, if you'd like to take part, jump in now and make sure you're an Aussie as it's about our Springtime_In_September (using that tag, so we can keep track of our photos and where we all are for the month), I think it'll be fun!
And remember guys and gals, even the strangest weeds have the prettiest flowers too... :D
Or even the deadliest weeds too... just found out I had White Deadly Nightshade in my backyard and pulled that sucker out! Man... the things that birds poop into our gardens. o.O
