New MFPIAC Challenge - MFPIAC39

Thanks to everyone who took part in MFPIAC38 (my favourite photos in a collage) and special thanks to Kathy @kathyboyles for hosting the last challenge, especially when she was unwell. Hope you are feeling better Kathy.

With regard to the new theme I have decided to go with Birds. Every day there are so many bird images uploaded to 365 so I can't believe it hasn't been chosen for this challenge thus far!

The collage should consist of SIX images (they don't have to be taken within the time frame of the challenge) on the theme of BIRDS - and you can interpret that any way you like!

The challenge will start today 21st January and end on 4th February. Finalists will be announced shortly after.

Don't forget to tag your collage mfpiac39 and when posting your collage you may like to include a link to this page in case someone else is interested in having a go.

@maree_sanderson There are some great free collage programmes on line, some can be much simpler to use than others!!! I usually use a free one called Picture Collage Maker Lite (I think the 'Lite' bit means you only have access to limited functions as it's free, but it's always been enough for my purposes) Have a go! It's fun and quite addictive :)

It's been long overdue as I have not participated for quite some time. This push is just what I need. Haven't had much luck with birds before but went into my archive of photos and was surprised to have a few. I was determined to challenge myself and I completed the task. Yeah.

giving this a try...just starting my 2nd year on 365. first year mostly working on improving focus, learning shutter speed and aperture settings, etc. Hope to participate further this year. Comments and critiques welcomed.

Thanks, @paulaw for this challenge. I have never made a collage before, but your choice of birds for the subject inspired me to give it a crack, and I really enjoyed it!

@maree_sanderson Looks great and I don't know how to make it look bigger either. With regard to posting a link back to this page it's just a case of copying the URL (web address/locator) from the top line and pasting it here. Lovely collage :)

@sakphotography It may well be Shaheed but you never know there may be some people out there who like a deadline (or, if you're like me, need one to get anything done!!) Well worth the effort it looks super :)
