Hi Guys!
A few (quite a lot) of us have just completed the Flash of Red challenge for the month of February and our calendars look spectacular with all those b&w images. I was going to do a rainbow theme in the month of March to spice it up a little, where by I would spend the first week, shooting mainly red images, followed by yellow, green, blue and finally purple. Our calendars would look somewhat like this at the end of the month: http://www.lexiyoga.com/images/colours.jpg
I thought I would post it on here to see if enough people are interested to make it a group activity.
I would love it if people joined in :)
Edit: If you want to join in, just tage your photos rainbow2016 so other users can see your beautiful calenders too :)

I was just thinking this morning that it might be a better idea/more challenging to do the calendar vertically because the first and last weeks falls unevenly, such that:
March 1: Orange, or red (because some people have already uploaded red)
March 2: Yellow
March 3: Green
March 4: Blue
March 5: Indigo (I am going to do pink instead)
March 6: Violet/ Purple
March 7: Red
March 8: Orange
March 9: Yellow
March 10: Green
March 11: Blue
March 12: Indigo/ Pink
March 13: Violet/ Purple
March 14: Red
March 15: Orange
March 16: Yellow
March 17: Green
March 18: Blue
March 19: Indigo/ Pink
March 20: Violet/ Purple
March 21: Red
March 22: Orange
March 23: Yellow
March 24: Green
March 25: Blue
March 26: Indigo/ Pink
March 27: Violet/ Purple
March 28: Red
March 29: Orange
March 30: Yellow
March 31: Green
@dishaparekh176 I've just posted a picture celebrating a return to colour after the monochrome month following the flashofred challenge.
Now I'll start on the Rainbow theme, as it appeals to my love of colour and the discipline of having a theme each day.
@julieco I completely agree with you! I, too, love colour although I immensely enjoyed Flash of Red. And I found that taking and posting a picture everyday becomes much easier with some sort of direction or focus so I'd like to continue with some sort of a theme. Looking forward to seeing yours :)
Awesome yes, I am in! I was already thinking about doing this on my own, so as a challenge and a group project its even better! Fabulous. Thank you for organizing it.
Hello @dishaparekh176, I was wondering about indigo colour, if I don't get something in that color, could i edit the picture with that colour? ups I don't know if its a fraud with the challenge or I could use other colour? XD
@jossette That's fine! Go ahead and edit it or use a another colour. There is no cheating! Processing is a skill that we all should ve experts at as photographers so let's practice :)
@la_photographic That's fine!! My Get Pushed challenge this week is Architecture and I'm just juggling my head as to how to incorporate these bright colours into an architectural shot. May also have to get creative with photoshopping ;)
Oh, man, I totally missed the change every day thing. I just posted several days of red, maybe I'll have to switch the dates so they all fall on Monday! LOL!
@mzzhope@windridge Yay lovely to see you join in! @homeschoolmom Nooo don't worry about that! It was just an idea. It will look lovely with a whole red week too :)
I couldn't stick with the theme for more than 2 weeks, too many other things demanding attention, but I enjoyed what I did. You can check it out @julieco
Wow - all of your rainbow collages look *amazing*!!!!
I'm sorry - I couldn't do more than 2 week - it almost killed me! I've total respect for those of you who stuck with it - your fabulous results are something you should be proud of :)

I've got to say - the page with rainbow2016 tag on it looks fabulous with all your contributions!
I was wondering if you made collages, you could share your month views here!!
