Thanks to everyone who participated in the last mundane challenge, and thanks to Caroline Benzies @carolineb7 for hosting.
I was slightly amazed to win, and so thanks also to those who voted for my photo, although having won, it's incredibly difficult to think of a mundane object that hasn't been done before...
So, the mundane object for this challenge is a PENCIL.
This could be mechanical, coloured, ordinary, or any other type of pencil.
You are allowed to use any photographic technique you like, to capture this everyday object, as long as the pencil itself is the star.
The challenge starts now - MAY 13 and ends at midnight (GMT) on Sunday JUNE 4 after which finalists will be chosen and posted for voting.
You may enter as many photos as you like, provided they are taken within the time frame of the challenge. You must take different photos for the regular mundane and abstract mundane challenges and can't submit the same image for both.
You are encouraged to post your entries on this thread to inspire others and keep this thread alive.
