Any 365 folks in or near Columbus Ohio? I am visiting in March and would like ideas for interesting places to visit and/or photograph - parks, buildings, and such. Any information about the area/neighborhoods would be appreciated - a daughter is moving there in a few months and we know nothing about the area - not wanting to live downtown - would rather be in a quiet suburb. While she is looking I will be taking pictures so I need help with good interesting places to see! Thanks
@juletee German village is a cool area to visit. There is a book store called The Book Loft that is a sight to see. There is also an amazing restaurant there called Shmidts (or something like that). Super German food and buffet. It's a great area. Autumn Eden is there and is a 365er.
Quizno's Pizza Not positive on the spelling. I went to college in Columbus (actually Bexley) but we used to go get pizza here and it was the best I've ever had. lots of bars and places to hang out on High Street. There is a nice Columbus Zoo.
Just moved from there a couple years ago, lived there for 13 years. Short North for people, art, culture. Zoo is nice, but prolly cold, and Franklin Park Conservatory is nice.
